LAY-OUT
Via the shared hall of the front house you enter the backhouse where the apartment is situated.
The sitting room has a comfortable sitting area with two couches (one can be converted to an extra 140 cm wide bed. A smart tv to stream movies or enjoy your own music, books, vintage games or the antique jigsaw puzzles are at your use. The dining table seats three persons. From the sitting room you have acces to the toilet an an open door to a very tiny patio, and to the spacious pantry with a fridge, bread toaster, egg cooker, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker and all facilities to make your own breakfast or a snack.
Stairs lead you to the comfortable bedroom decorated with a combination of contemporary art and antique furniture, including a double bed (160/200 cm), of which the entire inside is replaced by a comfortable modern Auping system. There is space for hanging your clothes in the open cupboard and a hand clothes-steamer.
The bedroom gives access to a small but comfortable and fully renovated bathroom with a shower and a washing basin. All linen and towels are provided, as well as shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and a hair dryer. Please note that there is no extra toilet in the bedroom.
From the bedroom there are stairs and an electric window to the roof terrace, that overviews the historical houses around and the tower of the St. Bavo. Enjoy the peace and the view!
